What is Zabalketa?


Zabalketa is an NGO that raises funds for specific social projects and ensures that 100% of the donations reach their destination and are used for their intended purpose.
Due to Zabalketa’s status as a Public Utility entity and its recognition as a “priority sponsorship entity,” donations made through Zabalketa for the LWAZI project offer significant tax benefits for individuals and businesses residing in Bizkaia. In 2024, there was a 45% deduction in personal income tax (IRPF).
In other regions and abroad, it will depend on their tax regulations.



What is SOLE Institute?


SOLE Institute is an NGO established in South Africa to raise funds for the education of the most disadvantaged communities among other proyects.
It ensures that money sent from different parts of the world reaches students in need through scholarships.

HOW CAN I HELP?

1) Recurring donation:

You can make a monthly, quarterly, or annual contribution. Simply transfer your chosen amount with the reference “LWAZI Project” to the following account number:

2) One-time Donation:

 If you prefer to make a one-time donation, you have two options:

  • By making a single transfer to the account number above. It is important to specify in the reference: “LWAZI Project.”
  • By using BIZUM, search for ZABALKETA in the “Make a Donation” section and enter the code 01288. It is important to specify “LWAZI Project” in the reference. (Only available for individuals with a bank account in Spain.)

⚠️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️

For residents of Bizkaia, Zabalketa directly submits donation details to the tax authorities. Donors only need to check their tax return to ensure the information is correct.

Individuals residing in other regions, whether in Spain or abroad, who wish to request a tax deduction, must obtain a certificate from Zabalketa to include in their tax return. To receive this certificate, they must complete this form and send it to the following email address: zabalketa@zabalketa.org.
